Fairway is an open-source golf simulator that runs in the browser, built in JavaScript with three.js. Each course comes from a seed: players generate 9- or 18-hole courses in one of eight biomes, each with its own terrain, water, trees, weather and lighting, and can tune more than 40 generator settings. Courses can be exported to a share code so others can play the same layout. The simulator includes a day-night cycle, fog, glow balls and floodlights for night golf, plus an endless mode that keeps generating random holes. Game modes include stroke play, scramble and match play with up to 4 players and configurable teams, along with a driving range that tracks club and shot data and full shot replays. Profiles are saved in the browser and track stats such as pars, birdies, bogeys, trees hit, hazards and a sim handicap. A real launch monitor can be connected through the Rela connector for PC users, while a keyboard-enabled demo runs directly in the browser on desktop and mobile. It is free and fully open source.
